• We are seeking 02 junior Virtual Assistant/Accounting Clerk to support our international clients.
• In this role, you will be based at the MyTeam office in Da Nang, working directly with clients of MyTeam. provide supporting job tracking, project administration, and accounting-related tasks across multiple projects.

* What You'll Do:

• Track SIMPRO jobs and input data accurately.
• Support project back-costing by reviewing expenses.
• Review supplier pricing records, compare pricing information, and flag any inconsistencies or opportunities for follow-up.
• Assist with estimate take-offs from blueprints and request supplier quotations.
• Upload supplier invoices into the client’s accounting system.
• Follow up on overdue invoices as required.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports.
• Software training and structured onboarding will be provided to help you confidently learn the systems, understand our processes, and become familiar with the role.

Requirement(s)

•     Qualifications and Skills:
• Around 1–2 years of experience in accounting, administration, project support, construction administration, or a similar role.
• Experience with job management, accounting, or construction-related systems is preferred; willingness and ability to learn new software is essential.
• Good teamwork skills and clear, professional English communication, with confidence to ask questions and follow up when information is unclear.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage for reporting tasks.

• High attention to detail and a responsible approach to managing assigned tasks accurately.
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to investigate issues, ask appropriate questions, and suggest practical next steps.
• Well-organized, with good time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
