• Program management of machines, equipment and robot arm, Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) in the whole factory, edit program according to production requirements.
• Make a plan to improve machinery and equipment to effectively serve production.
• Design the hardware and software for the new machines.
• Update, recommend changing equipment, new technical technology to ensure the most efficient operation of machinery.
• Perform machine improvement projects.
• Coordinate with production engineers to implement machine improvement.
• Technical support for the production department to repair and convert production machines to ensure continuous operation to ensure production goals.
• On-the-job training and guidance for program engineers at factory.
• Manage Engineers, Assistant engineers, technicians and operators within the assigned team.
• Report punctually any difficulty when performing all the above job.

Yêu cầu

• Graduated from University with a major in Automation, Mechatronics, or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• 4 years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems and production machinery.
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using 3D software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
