• Mechanical & Tooling Design
• Design and develop tooling, fixtures, jigs, machine components, and mechanical solutions to support manufacturing and R&D activities.
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models in accordance with engineering standards.
• Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and manufacturability assessments.
• Optimize tooling designs to improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Machining & Manufacturing Support
• Collaborate closely with production, process, and supplier teams to ensure that tooling can be manufactured and maintained effectively.
• Support troubleshooting of tooling-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Recommend design improvements based on manufacturing feedback and operational performance.
• Project Support
• Support engineering teams through all stages of product and tool development.
• Manage engineering changes and maintain proper documentation control.
• Work with external vendors and suppliers for tooling fabrication, modifications, and technical reviews.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to reduce tooling cost, lead time, and rework.
• Support continuous improvement in initiatives related to productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Yêu cầu

• Graduated from University with a major in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design.
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using 3D software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
