Mô tả công việc

- Handle Compensation & Benefits (C&B) tasks including timekeeping, payroll, social insurance, and personal income tax.

- Manage, update, and maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Support the recruitment process and related activities.

- Implement and monitor the execution of company HR policies and regulations.

- Contribute to building a strong company culture and organizing employee engagement activities.

- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager/Line Manager.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor’s/College degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (preferably as HR Generalist, HR C&B, or HR Executive).

- Good command of English communication; prior experience in IT or international working environments is an advantage.

- Solid understanding and willingness to stay updated on Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax regulations.

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
