1. Planning & Forecasting

• Prepare the annual budget plan and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Monitor and control budgets for the Commercial Division and Management Division.
• Develop and track KPIs for the Commercial Division and Management Division.

2. Business Performance Control

• Monitor operating expenses of the Commercial Division and Management Division against budget to ensure spending remains within approved limits.
• Analyze variances between actual expenses and budget, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for the Commercial Division and Management Division.
• Provide financial advisory support to the Commercial Division and Management Division.

3. Evaluation of Business Support Programs

• Evaluate the effectiveness of business support initiatives, including marketing campaigns, new product launches, and other commercial programs.

4. Digital Transformation

• Design, develop, and enhance reports and dashboards to measure and monitor the business performance of the Commercial Division and Management Division.

5. Reporting

• Issue management reports and ad-hoc analytical reports as requested by management.
• Consolidate and prepare company-wide management reports.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, or FP&A.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive mindset with strong business acumen.
• Good command of English.
