* Definition of the job: The Automation Supervisor is responsible for defining, coordinating, and supervising the implementation of automation and AI solutions across production lines, with the objective of improving operational efficiency, product quality, and labor productivity, while ensuring alignment with plant targets and company automation strategy.

* Position responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement automation solutions.
• Develop and deploy automation systems with machine suppliers for manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate machine installation, validation, and start-up activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Research and apply new technologies (AI, Machine Learning, etc.) to manufacturing projects.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during industrialization and project implementation.
• Support machine validation activities as assigned by the manager.
• Drive VAVE and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Review and approve CAPEX proposals and business cases for automation and capacity expansion projects.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and coordinate project execution after investment approval.
• Review and approve PFC, PFMEA, layouts, machine specifications, and process requirements.
• Monitor machine suppliers throughout design, fabrication, testing, and validation phases.
• Review FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, trial run, and acceptance reports.
• Coordinate audits, prepare Run-at-Rate reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure machines and processes meet output, quality, and scrap targets before production release.
• Manage machine and tooling handover to mass production.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu

* Education: Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering , Electronic , Electric, Automation, Information tecnology or other related fields..

* Experience: 2 years experience in the similar position in manufacturing company or 3-4 years experience in engineering job

* Specific Competencies and knowledge:

• Programming languge: PLC, Labview.
• Control system: HMI, SCADA
• Electrical and Mechanical: Systems Knowledge of electrical circuits, schematics, and mechanical systems relevant to automation.
• Solidwork
• Robotization
• Artificial Intelligence
• MES system
• Validation core tools (MSA, R&R, etc…)
• Lean manufacturing (MUDA, Value Stream Map Analysis, etc…)
