Job Description

We are seeking a Japanese IT Support Specialist (N3+) with expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Office Cloud services. This role involves IT support, troubleshooting, and cloud-based management while communicating effectively in Japanese (reading and writing).

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively in Japanese (reading & writing).
- Support and manage SCCM, Intune, and Office 365.
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and update software via SCCM and Intune.
- Maintain device security policies and system compliance.
- Ensure SCCM integration with Active Directory & Group Policies.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Document processes and stay updated on new technologies.

Requirement(s)

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma.
- Freshers welcome with strong Japanese communication (JLPT N3+ proficiency).
- Knowledge of Intune, SCCM, Office 365, Windows OS.
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Japanese work culture and business manners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
