Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst with strong Japanese proficiency to join our team and will be the first point of contact for end-user technical issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively in both English and Japanese

What you’ll be doing
• Support the deployment and management of applications, patches, and updates on endpoints via UEM tools.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce security policies and compliance standards for both Office 365 and managed endpoints.
• Provide technical support for end-users on Office 365 applications and UEM-related device issues.
• Stay up-to-date with new Office 365 features, UEM solutions, and industry best practices to optimize performance, security, and endpoint management.

Requirement(s)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma.
• Language Proficiency: Japanese N1/N2 level (strong speaking and writing skills).
• Experience working with Japanese clients and systems.
• Have experience with SCCM, Office 365 services, UEM solutions (Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, or similar).
• Familiarity with Japanese work culture and business manners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
