Job Description

• *Definition of the job: HR Employer Branding Officer will play an important role in promoting of Company image, culture, values to public to build a professional image of Employer Brand for attract & retain talents.
• *What can employee experience and benefit from this position?: Developing yourself in a multinational working environment, best practices and standards applied worldwide in automotive industry.
• *Responsibility:
• Create and manage content for employer branding (fanpage, SharePoint, internal communications)
• Support recruitment marketing (job ads, JD content, branding materials)
• Manage new employee onboarding experience and assist with orientation programs
• Propose ideas and run engagement activities (livestreams, events, campaigns) to enhance company image
• Coordinate employee engagement programs (events, birthdays, Employee of the Month)
• Support HR communications, presentations, and other HR tasks as assigned

Requirement(s)

• Education: Graduated from University of Languages/ Economic/ Administrative-Human Resources Management/ Marketing is prefered
• Experience: 1 years experiences in similar position 
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Package, English Skills, Team work and collaboration, Creativity and Innovation, Interpersonal Skills
• Specific Competencies:

•   Graphic Design and Branding
•   Design app for photos, video
•   Content Creation
