* Definition of the job: 

• Maintain the compliance in production line and improve all activities in production line follow process defined.
•  Risk assessment for manufacturing line and support to production team for improvement.

* Position responsibilities:

• Manage: Oversee changes in the production line (4M changes management).
• Define: Establish validation methods and evaluate results with the core team for 4M changes.
• Coordinate: Work with various departments to resolve nonconformities at final audits and customer complaints.
• Create: Generate QRQC reports, evaluate and follow up on action effectiveness, and create visual aids for defect parts.
• Conduct: Lead weekly meetings to review recurring issues, perform daily QRQC activities, and analyze defective parts.
• Support: Assist the Engineering/Project Quality team during project phases, including validation processes and risk assessments.
• Handle: Review and approve quality documents, update quality records, and ensure data control.
• Define: Develop sorting/rework methods and manage these activities, ensure MSA fulfillment, and define MSA test processes.
• Propose: Suggest and implement continuous improvement activities.
• Manage: Ensure proper implementation of change management processes and support external and internal audits.
• Perform: Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu

•  Education: Bachelor Degree / College in Industrial Engineering, Electronic, Electric or related fields
•  Experience: at least 1 year in a similar position or 3 years working in Premo.
•  Competencies: SAP, IATF 16949 / ISO 9001:2015, Process Capability, 5 core tools, Problem Solving A3/8D, Zoho/Customer Flatform, FMEA software, English skills
•  Knowledge: 6S, Continual improvement, Documentation / record retention
• Attitude and traits: proactive, integrity, disciplined, meticulous, careful
