1. Daily

• Import custom clearance (CDS): 

+ Collecting (invoice, packing list/details PL,BL, CO,…) from person in charges or suppliers and correcting docs if any

+ Creating code of materials

+ Checking HS code for new items

+ Using Ecuss to transfer CDS and scan final docs to attach Ecuss

+ Recording Original docs 

• C/O

+ Form C/O: VK, AANZ, D…

+ Making material detail list to submit MOIT or VCCI

+ Following balanced materials

+ Collecting domestic red invoice and import CDS to make CO

• Processing contract:

+ Creating Code for materials and products

+ Opening processing contract per year and liquidation

+ Following sub-processing contracts

+ Following and balancing BOM (Định Mức)

+ Following approval for processing contract factory infrastructure

2. Report:

• Doing liquidation processing contract report 

• Balance materials by BOM in Ecus 

• Year-end balance report (Báo cáo quyết toán)

• Weekly Ecus material balance by BOM to all parties and Korean managers

3. Other: 

• Tasks will be assigned by Korean managers

• Checking costs related to shipment if incurred to managers

• Supporting accounting if any related docs.

Yêu cầu

- Graduated from College related to import-export or foreign trade.

- Have at least 1 years of experience in the field of import and export.
