* What You'll Do:

• Communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers regarding orders, factory ready dates, shipping and documentation.
• Track orders, shipments and import timelines.
• Maintain logistics, cost and freight comparison spreadsheets.
• Check invoices, freight costs and supplier charges.
• Assist with freight bookings, import documentation and shipment coordination.
• Provide general administrative and logistics support to the international supply chain team.

Yêu cầu

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Chinese: HSK 6 or equivalent proficiency, with fluent written and verbal communication skills.
• English: C1 or equivalent proficiency, with confident and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Logistics, supply chain, import/export or freight experience – strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel and data-handling skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
