• Lead the development of vehicle-level testing and validation solutions throughout product development phases, ensuring alignment with the Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), project timing, and quality targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise whole-vehicle testing activities covering safety, vehicle dynamics, driving performance, fuel/energy consumption, NVH, durability, reliability, and other technical attributes.
• Establish, standardize, update, and implement test procedures, test methods, and validation standards in accordance with national standards, international standards, and company requirements.
• Manage the execution and coordination of internal and external testing activities; ensure compliance with test procedures, quality requirements, project timing, and testing budget.
• Manage and coordinate with internal departments, partners, and suppliers during the preparation, execution, and evaluation of testing programs.
• Support prototype build, pilot production, mass production, and technical issue resolution related to product testing and validation.
• Research, apply, and introduce advanced testing technologies, equipment, and methodologies to enhance design validation capability and product quality. Participate in developing technical standards, testing processes, training programs, and the testing capability development roadmap for the R&D Center.

Yêu cầu

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Mechanical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive testing, design validation, or automotive product development.
• Experience in vehicle testing and validation programs from development prototype phase to mass-production launch is required.
• Candidates with experience working in foreign automotive corporations/groups, especially from India, Germany, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, etc., are preferred.
• Age & Health:
• From 35 to 45 years old.
• Good health condition.

• Leadership & Management Competency:
• Strong system thinking and cross-functional integration capability;
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guide engineering teams;

• Professional Competency, Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of whole-vehicle testing and design validation processes.
• Good knowledge of vehicle technical attributes, including safety, vehicle dynamics, performance, NVH, durability, and reliability.
• Ability to develop test procedures, analyze test data, prepare technical reports, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Proficient in testing software/tools, capable of handling test data, and able to communicate effectively in technical English.
