As an IT Engineer Intern, you will assist the IT team in managing and supporting network and application systems, as well as performing daily IT support tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing and configuring computers, software, printers, and scanners.

- Supporting the IT team in monitoring IT assets and completing internal audit profiles as directed by the IT Manager.

- Monitoring the network infrastructure and systems to promptly notify the IT team of any issues that may arise.

- Tracking ticket requests on the Service Desk portal and coordinating with the IT team to address them.

- Collaborating with IT engineers to diagnose errors and issues related to IP phones, sound PA systems, IP cameras, Wi-Fi, and email systems.

- Assisting users with daily tasks such as Exchange mail (Office 365), Excel, Power BI, automation, and network connections.

- Performing other tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.

Yêu cầu

- Knowledge on unit operations like:

• Microsoft Office 365
• Computer software & hardware troubleshooting
• Network basic: DHCP, VLAN, Wi-fi with controller.
• Automation (plus): programing (python); script (powershell); 

- Passionate about IT, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges.

- Proactive and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

- Fluent in English is a plus.
