* As a HR Intern, your responsibilities will include:

- Assist recruitment activity: design job poster, sharing jobs on social network, contact to candidates for interview arrangement

- Assist for checking time attendant of employee to be assign by C&B Officer

- Support in organizing internal & external training activities

- Support to control the company's regulatory rules that are fully communicated to the departments as well as posted in areas that are easily accessible to employees.

- Support C&B team fill the related documents 

- Participate in organizing company events 

- Support to arrange meeting room and travel arrangements

- Support to handle database related to bank account (list, ATM card)

- Manage interns of other departments

- Do other assigned tasks requested by HR team

Yêu cầu

- Graduated from University of Languages/ Economic/ Administrative-Human Resources Management or other related fields

- Passionate about factory environment, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Proactive and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

- Fluent in English is a plus.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
