Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Conduct interviews in English to assess candidates' qualifications and language proficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager to support the overall team’s operations.

Requirement(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent English speaking skills (required for interviewing and candidate assessment).
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruiting for the sales/customer service industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: At our office (Ho Chi Minh City or Danang) or work remotely (optional).
• Part-time or full-time availability. Working hours: 10 PM - 7 AM (full-time) or 10 PM - 2 AM (part-time).
