Job Description

• Definition of the job:
• Ensures the smooth running of processes on the production floor area assigned. Job duties include overseeing routine production activities, compliance with standards, continuous improvement in the form of kaizen and lean manufacturing, troubleshooting and solving issues that arise on the production floor and ensuring a safe and clean production workspace.

• Communicate with customer directly and all departments internally.
• Position responsibilities:
• Mass Production:
• Productivity: Provide weekly forecasts, monitor daily output and labor hours, detect bottlenecks, and balance the production line.
• Production Fulfillment: Confirm line output, prepare 4M, follow up on production issues, and take recovery actions.
• Scrap Control: Monitor production line issues, provide data for QRQC, and conduct weekly inventory activities.
• Manpower Planning: Prepare manpower for increased demand, coordinate with HR for hiring, and arrange operators during incidents.
• Quality & Discipline: Define 6S standards, monitor patrol quality activities, evaluate employees, and manage 4M changes.
• Safety: Implement containment actions to avoid hazards.
• New Projects:
• Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams on new projects.
• Prepare production line and manpower, ensure training plans, and conduct trial runs.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Monitor and report on continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirement(s)

• Education: Bachelor's degree and suitable technical degree in technical schools, Electrical fields
• Experience: 2-5 years in related positions

• Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
• Root Cause Analysis & Problem-Solving
• Pareto Analysis
• Lean Manufacturing Tools
• Production Monitoring & Control
• SAP, PDCA, QRQC, Monozukuri
• English skills, Microsoft Office
• Knowledge: Manufacturing industry, Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Attitude and traits: proactive, integrity, disciplined, meticulous, careful, transparent
