Job Description

• Adapt local products to meet export market requirements
• Prepare product brief and coordinate with R&D for necessary adjustments (flavor, sweetness, shelf-life)
• Develop export packaging: pack size, configuration, labeling language and artwork
• Ensure label compliance with target country regulations
• Coordinate sampling for distributors and collect feedback
• Manage timeline from concept → sample → production → first shipment
• Analyze competitor products and propose suitable product positioning
• Work with cross-functional teams: Export Sales, R&D, QA, Packaging and Factory

Requirement(s)

• Graduated from University with major in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
• Have 3–5 years experience in Product Development, Product Innovation, Packaging Adapting, or Export business in FMCG/ Food industry;
• We welcome candidates with product development experience in domestic markets who are interested in transitioning to international/export products;
• Have experience in confectionery is preferred;
• Good English communication;
• Strong coordination and project management skills;
• Detail-oriented and proactive;
• Able to manage multiple projects;
• Good teamwork and communication.
