Job Description

• * Definition of the job: 
• Process Validation Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of process validation activities for industrialization projects (new customers, new product introductions, and transfer projects). The role ensures that all validation activities are completed in line with defined industrialization milestones, quality requirements, and project timelines.

• * Position responsibilities:
• Coordinate with equipment and project teams to develop industrialization plans
• Ensure project readiness (timeline, materials, resources) for machine setup and validation
• Monitor installation, layout progress, and review machine FAT reports
• Manage process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ), DOE, and related documentation (PFC, PFMEA)
• Organize audits, trial runs, and prepare Run Rate reports with follow-up actions
• Ensure machines and processes meet targets before handover to mass production
• Lead machine and tooling handover and support customer audits
• Review technical documents and support QA reports
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirement(s)

1. Education: Bachelor degree in engineering, majoring in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical or equivalent experience.
2. Experience: 2 years experience in the similar position in manufacturing company or 3-4 years experience in engineering job
3. Competencies
• Programming languge: PLC, Labview.
• Control system: HMI, SCADA
• Electrical and Mechanical: Systems Knowledge of electrical circuits, schematics, and mechanical systems relevant to automation
• Robotization
• 5 core Tool (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
• Validation core tools (MSA, R&R, etc…)
• Lean manufacturing (MUDA, Value Stream Map Analysis, etc…)
