Job Description

• Provide technical support for production in term of machinery maintenance and trouble-shooting to achieve company’s set goals and objectives.
• Install, maintain, convert and initiate proving-in of production machinery according to maintenance schedule.
• Undertake and implement improvement projects.
• Use of computer station, PLC or other electronic measuring instruments to repair, troubleshoot and maintain production machinery.
• Work with other function groups to improve machine cycle time through machine improvement projects.
• Conduct maintenance On-the-Job training (OJT) for line technicians.
• Maintain adequate machine’s spare parts on-line.
• Observe safety and housekeeping at workstations.

Requirement(s)

• Graduated from University with a major in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, automation systems, and production machinery.
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using 3D software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
