Job Description

1. Accountant Payable (70%)
- Check AP supporting docs (contract, invoice, CD, IR/GR…)
- Be responsible for AP settlement to local vendors / employees to ensure timeliness, accuracy in monthly payment.
- Posting: Timely record of AP/AR movement and correct accounting recognition for Trade transactions
- Drive effectiveness of AP Trade & Nontrade management to local vendors
- Do AP reconciliation as policy required (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Following up payment and in charge of any enquiry regarding payment
- Manage the reimbursement amount from Trade and Nontrade transactions to claim vendors properly
- Initiate improvement in working process, implement best practice tools to accelerate transaction processing and reporting
- Instruct users, monitor the new process (if occur)
- Reporting, Finance health-check, audit requirement and ad-hoc projects assigned
2. Master data management: 10%
- Vendor master data and Vendor's bank account info: Monitor requestor for Vendor code registration (documentation check and advice: new creation/ block & unblock/ delete)
- Customer master data
- Regularly check mismatch in Payment term and countermeasure
3. Other tasks when required regarding to AR, treasury: 20%

Requirement(s)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Superb time management skills and detail orientation
• Strong Excel skill
• At least 2 years of working experience in account payables or account receivables
• Experience with accounting software and online platforms
• Trustworthy, honest, careful, ethical, and a quick learner.
