• Create memorable dining experiences by delivering friendly, engaging, and personalized service.

• Welcome guests with positive energy and ensure they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently, providing recommendations when needed.

• Serve food and drinks according to brand standards while maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere.

• Build genuine connections with guests and respond promptly to their requests.

• Keep restaurant and service areas clean, organized, and ready to impress.

• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and help turn challenges into positive experiences.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service procedures at all times.

• Be a RED ambassador by bringing personality, passion, and positive vibes to every shift.

Requirement(s)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.

• Friendly personality with excellent communication skills.

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.

• Previous F&B service experience is a plus, but great energy and enthusiasm matter even more.

• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
