Job Description

• Follow up sea shipments from Vietnam/Wuhu to EU (ARES warehouse) and from Tangier to Rhenus WHS, then update ETA for related parties.
• Monitor customs clearance status, follow up on required documents for clearance, and update delivery timelines with freight forwarders.
• Coordinate with the plant to get shipping document and submit documents to freight forwarder.
• Execute SAP transactions (MIGO, delivery note creation) for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Create labels and delivery requests in the customer system.
• Follow up outbound shipments to customers and escalate any issues.
• Support coordination with Customer Service on delivery plans.
• Collect POD and update SAP system.
• Escalate shipment delays or issues in a timely manner.
• Other assigned administrative task.

Requirement(s)

• Student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Management or related fields
• Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months
• Working Schedule: Full-time at least 4.5 days/week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon - Fri)
• Have a basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management & using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills, independent work and effective teamwork
• Hardworking, meticulous, with a high sense of responsibility at work
