• Greet and welcome guest
• Reserves all the treatment services for the guests
• Answer phone and reply email in a professional manner and assist guests with any questions.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to all guests and spa visitors

Requirement(s)

• Graduated university /college
• Preferable with Diploma in Hotel/ Hospitality Management
• Good appearance
• Good English communication
